To operate press the button and the step by step LED test begins. Each LED automatically switches off after testing to save power. The required PP3 battery is included with unit. Compact device with audio alert that allows local and remote cable testing. Tests all common network types: RJ45 (UTP/STP), RJ11, USB and BNC.
Separate LEDs which test for Open/Short wiring (1 LED), Connected wires display (9 separate LEDs), no wire or BNC terminator (1 LED), wrong connection or non-parallel connection (2 LEDs).
