Delivery Pricing
£9.95 + VAT = Normal Next Working Day Delivery (before 5:30pm) to UK mainland for standard size orders.
£25.00 + VAT = Pre Noon Next Working Day Delivery (7:00am - 12:00noon) to UK mainland for standard size orders.
Please note there is also an additional £30 surcharge for any deliveries to Aberdeen and any post code north of Aberdeen, this is an additional cost charged by our couriers, please contact us for pricing and delivery options.
Standard deliveries are on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please contact us should you require a weekend delivery to be arranged. Delivery times cannot be confirmed. Deliveries are made by an external courier service and will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone will be available to check and sign for your delivery. If a delivery is missed in certain instances there may be a redelivery charge.
Dispatch
1. All standard orders placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on a next working day delivery assuming the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
2. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be dispatched the following working day.
3. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the first available working day.
Cabinet Orders
Please note cabinet orders may be subject to 48 hour delivery. Due to insurance reasons cabinet deliveries are made to ground floor or loading bay only and cannot be sited.
COVID 19
We work with external courier services and at this challenging and unprecedented time with COVID-19, Brexit and adverse weather conditions, there may be a slight delay in delivery which is out of our control. We will always endeavour to keep you updated should your delivery be affected.
BREXIT
Please note that due to customs clearance issues caused by Brexit, the shipment of orders to Northern Ireland is suspended from 28 December 2020 until further notice, we apologise for this inconvenience.
